Overview

I’m Rhonda Gamble, a Senior Instructional Designer who creates clarity from complexity, accessible design, and meaningful learning experiences for faculty, staff, and students in diverse work environments.

We uplift ourselves and each other when we create moments of clarity in a complex world. Whether in education or industry, what matters most to me is designing instructional experiences that convert even the most routine material into something meaningful, engaging, and applicable for effective learning transfer and transformation. I design clear, accessible learning experiences that empowers individual growth. Drawing from a background of lifelong learning and extensive professional experience, I navigate competing priorities, identify meaningful outcomes, and create practical solutions that support both learners and organizations.

I started a consulting business to help organizations turn scattered training practices into clear, accessible, evidence-based systems. My background in cognitive psychology helps me reduce overwhelm, support retention, and make complex information easier to use, while my accessibility work keeps inclusion built in from the start.
